Guiros
Scrape it. Hear it. Do it again.
With a guiro, rhythm comes from movement rather than a single strike. Running a stick across the ridged surface creates its characteristic rasping sound – and changing the movement changes the result.
At music craft instruments, you'll find selected guiros for children and early music education. Made for exploring rhythm, movement and different sounds – alone or together.
