Rohema Scrapy Shaker Set of 3 – Explore Guiro, Shaker and Bell Sounds
Set of three Rohema Scrapy Shakers made from natural beechwood. Featuring guiro surfaces, a shaker and bells with different sound characteristics.
Description
Three little instruments with plenty of sound possibilities: the Rohema Scrapy Shaker Set of 3 brings together all three versions of these playful percussion instruments. Shaking, scraping, tapping or stacking – their different sounds and playing techniques invite children to explore rhythm, movement and sound through play.
All three Scrapy Shakers feature a ribbed surface for the characteristic guiro sound. In addition, each model has its own individual sound: the red Scrapy produces a distinctive shaker sound, while the green model contains a bright-sounding bell and the yellow model a warm-sounding bell. This makes it easy to explore and compare different ways of producing sound.
The Scrapy Shakers are made from locally sourced, natural beechwood. Only the coloured caps are lacquered, using a saliva- and sweat-resistant finish. Each instrument measures 65 mm in length and 32 mm in diameter, giving them a compact shape that is easy to hold. Rohema recommends the set for children aged 12 months and over.
