1. Collect points
For every euro you spend with us, you get one loyalty point. One euro equals one point – it's that simple.
2. Convert into discount codes
Each point is worth 2 cents. Once you have 250 points, you can swap them for a discount code. That's €5 off your next favourite piece.
3. Redeem and start playing
You can redeem your discount code on orders with a minimum value of €10.00. It's valid for one year from the date it's created.

How many loyalty points do I get per purchase?
For every euro you spend with us, you receive one loyalty point. So a €100 purchase earns you 100 points.
How much is a loyalty point worth?
One loyalty point is worth 2 cents. So 250 points equal €5 off.
When can I redeem my points?
As soon as you've collected at least 250 points, you can convert them into a discount code.
Is there a minimum order value for the discount code?
Yes, you can redeem your discount code on orders of €10.00 or more.
How long is my discount code valid?
Your discount code is valid for one year. So take your time – just don't forget about it.
Can I collect more points?
Yes, every now and then there are promotions where you collect extra points. You'll find out when it's time in our shop and in our newsletter.
Can I give my discount code to someone else?
Of course! You can pass your discount code on to friends or family. A lovely idea for anyone just starting to make music.
