Shipping Information

Standard Shipping with DHL or DPD

Depending on the delivery region, parcel size, weight and the available shipping options, we will ship your order with DHL or DPD.

We select the shipping provider best suited to each individual shipment. A separate choice of shipping provider is not available for standard shipping.

Our Shipping Days

Our regular shipping days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Orders for which payment has been received by 10:00 a.m. on a shipping day will, where possible, be prepared and handed over to the respective shipping provider on the same shipping day.

If payment is received after 10:00 a.m., the order will usually be shipped on the next regular shipping day.

Delivery Time

After the order has been handed over to the shipping provider, the standard delivery time is usually 1–3 business days.

Please note that delivery times may be longer, particularly during public holidays, periods of high shipping volume or due to delays on the part of the shipping provider.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the delivery country, delivery region and your order. The applicable shipping costs for your order will be calculated automatically and displayed in your shopping cart or, at the latest, during checkout before you place your binding order.

Shipment Tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped and tracking information is available, you will receive the relevant shipping details by email.

The stated shipping costs are inclusive of VAT.

Orders with a value of €150.00 or more are shipped free of charge within Germany.
