Service at music craft instruments

Advice, answers and repairs – so your instrument sounds just the way it should

We won't leave you alone with your instrument

Buying an instrument is just the beginning. That's when the music really gets going – and sometimes a string snaps, too. That's exactly what our service is for: we advise you before you buy, answer your questions afterwards and take care of things when something needs fixing.

We handle a lot of this together with our partner workshops, experienced instrument makers or directly with the manufacturers. That way, your instrument always ends up with the people who know it best. Whether you're a beginner, a pro, a parent or a daycare team: with us, you get honest answers instead of technical jargon.
