Cancellation & Withdrawal

If you would like to cancel or withdraw from your order, you can easily submit your request using the form below. A withdrawal is also possible if your order has not yet been shipped. In such cases, we will check as quickly as possible whether the order can still be stopped or cancelled before dispatch.

Information About Your Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the legal right to withdraw from their order within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period generally begins once the goods have been received.

Regardless of this, you may already inform us about your withdrawal before shipment. This helps avoid unnecessary shipping and return processes.

• Please provide your order number whenever possible.
• For any questions, please use the same email address that was used for the order.
• Orders that have already been shipped may need to be returned after the withdrawal request.
• Custom-made or personalized products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where legally permitted.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method after successful inspection of the return or cancellation. Depending on the payment provider, processing may take several business days.
