Heberlein Tambourine with Jingles – Handcrafted with Natural Skin
Description
For those moments when a little more jingle is called for: the double-row jingle ring from Heberlein features up to 22 pairs of jingles, depending on the size, creating a lively and prominent rhythmic sound. The instrument is traditionally handcrafted in the Vogtland region of Germany.
The frame is made from ash or maple and features an integrated handle. Two rows of jingles are arranged around the wooden frame and respond directly to shaking movements and rhythmic accents. The number of jingles is matched to the respective size of the instrument.
Four versions are available: Ø 20 cm with 10 pairs of jingles, Ø 26 cm with 14 pairs, Ø 30 cm with 18 pairs or Ø 35 cm with 22 pairs of jingles. The range therefore extends from a comparatively compact jingle ring to a larger version with an especially full jingle sound.
