6-Chord Autoharp Zither – Reinforced Chords, Single String

The 6-Chord Autoharp Zither with reinforced chords by C. Robert Hopf is designed for musicians seeking a fuller accompaniment while maintaining an easy-to-learn playing style. Its intuitive chord layout makes it equally suitable for beginners with little musical experience and for experienced zither players.

The instrument features six reinforced chords with seven strings per chord and 25 single melody strings, producing a rich, resonant accompaniment. The modern chord arrangement follows the widely used circle of fifths while retaining the traditional chord numbering system. This combination makes learning new pieces easier and allows experienced players to transpose effortlessly into different keys.

The zither is supplied complete with an instruction booklet, tuning wrench and zither ring. It is available in Black, Natural and Mahogany finishes. Black back and sides together with the elegant printed rose design complete its classic appearance.
