Description
Two wooden sticks, one clear strike and plenty of rhythm: the Rohema Beech Claves 25 combine straightforward playing with a clear, penetrating sound and minimal sustain. With a diameter of 25 mm, they are the largest version in the Beech Claves range and offer a substantial feel in the hand.
The two equally sized claves are made from locally sourced beechwood. Their lacquered surface retains the natural appearance of the wood. Measuring 210 mm in length and 25 mm in diameter, the claves provide a solid shape for precise rhythmic playing.
Their simple method of sound production makes claves versatile instruments for rhythmic exercises and early music education. Even younger children can explore different striking patterns, practise basic note values and develop a sense of rhythm and timing.
