Description
An instrument whose construction tells a story of craftsmanship. The Artist Model by Armin & Mario Gropp combines selected woods with distinctive details rooted in traditional guitar making.
The cedar neck features an attached head with an openwork dovetail joint. Ebony is used for the fingerboard, while the divided bridge is made from rosewood. The back and sides are crafted from Indian rosewood. A channelled top and oval chip-carved soundhole add further distinctive details.
The top is available in either spruce or cedar. Natural-coloured inlays complement the design, while an open-pore shellac polish completes the surface. An Artist Model from the workshop of Armin & Mario Gropp for musicians who appreciate not only the instrument itself, but also the craftsmanship behind its construction.
