Description
Extra-light and designed for a direct playing feel: the Rohema Tape Rods consist of 19 carefully selected bamboo dowels and offer an alternative to rods with a rubber grip. Instead of a rubber handle, ultra-thin Pro Grip Tape securely holds the individual bamboo dowels together.
The reduced fixation towards the front requires less additional material, helping to decrease both front-heaviness and overall weight. The selected bamboo combines this lightweight construction with good durability.
In terms of sound, the Tape Rods retain the characteristic dampened sound associated with this type of stick. This makes them suitable for a variety of drum kit applications where a more restrained alternative to conventional drumsticks is preferred.
