Description
Simple in shape and distinctive in sound: the Rohema Rosewood Claves 18 consist of two equally sized rhythm sticks made from high-quality rosewood. Striking them together produces the characteristic penetrating clave sound, allowing rhythms to be played with clear and immediate accents.
Their straightforward playing technique makes claves a versatile rhythm instrument. Even young children can use them to explore their first rhythms and become familiar with different note values through play. At the same time, claves are an established part of many rhythm-based musical styles.
The Rosewood Claves are made from rosewood and feature a waxed finish. Each clave measures 180 mm in length and 18 mm in diameter, combining an easy-to-handle shape with the characteristic sound of the wood.
