Compact, lightweight and with a pleasantly dampened attack: the Rohema PM 451 is the smallest mallet in Rohema's range of models with plastic shafts. With an overall length of 255 mm, it is easy to handle and suitable for a variety of percussion applications.
The ball-shaped felt head has a diameter of 25 mm and a hard specification. This gives the PM 451 a clear response while providing a slightly more dampened attack than hard mallets with wooden heads. This makes it suitable not only for toms and mallet instruments but also for use with singing bowls.
The slim plastic shaft has a diameter of 6 mm. It keeps the mallet lightweight and durable while also being easy to clean – a practical combination for regular use.
