Description
More substantial in size while still pleasantly lightweight: the Rohema 5B features a 15.2 mm diameter, giving it more presence in the hand than a classic 5A. At the same time, the use of German hornbeam keeps the stick extra light.
The light-coloured, soft and open-pored wood supports a warm sound character that is particularly noticeable on ride cymbals. Its classic acorn-shaped tip provides a versatile and precise response.
The surface is left completely natural and untreated. This preserves the distinctive feel of the hornbeam while also giving the wood moisture-regulating properties. At 405 mm long, the 5B combines a more substantial playing feel with low weight and the characteristic warm sound of the Hornbeam series.
